Wrist Case 3 Diagnosis

Diagnosis is with AP and lateral views of the wrist. Patients with an ulnar styloid fracture should be carefully assessed for an associated radial fracture; these are typically distal but can occur anywhere along the radius. Therefore, imaging of the forearm to permit visualization of the entire radius is important.
