Clavicle Fracture
Clavicle fractures account for over 40% of shoulder fractures. Most occur in males age 15-30, but these occur over a wide age range. Approximately 70% occur in the middle third of the clavicle and 25% are in the distal third. Fractures of the proximal third are rare.
