Spine Case 8 History/Physical Exam

History may reveal trauma, or may not in the patient with osteoporosis, tumor, or bone infection. Pain is usually severe in the neurologically intact patient. A detailed neurologic exam is crucial for all patients with possible spine injury since neurologic deficits often change management.
