Humerus Shaft Fracture

An acute transverse fracture through the mid diaphysis of the left humerus, with about 0.5-1cm of distraction. There is mild medial displacement of the distal fracture fragment.

A moderately displaced and mildly angulated spiral fracture of the proximal left humeral metadiaphysis with mild comminution. The fracture extends near the greater tuberosity.
